RETURNS

EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO ACCURATELY DESCRIBE THE PIECES ON THIS SITE BUT GIVEN THE INHERENT NATURE OF VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE ITEMS, BETTLE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT IF CUSTOMER IS NOT FULLY SATISFIED AND IF ITEM(S) ARE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY WERE SHIPPED.

  • CUSTOMER MUST NOTIFY BEETLE OF INTENT TO RETURN WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING ITEM. 

  • MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO BEETLE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED. REFUNDS MAY ONLY BE ISSUED IN THE SAME FORM AS WAS UTILIZED AS PAYMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
